Discover Global Energy Services (Day 3) - 3,000 Days With No LTIs

Iain Macleod, Head of HSEQ at Global Energy Services, has hailed a major safety record as a result of a strong safety culture and commitment to teamwork. On the 28th March 2022, GES crossed the 3,000 day mark with Zero Lost Time Incidents (LTIs). Within the HSEQ department at GES, Zero LTIs are considered a key performance indicator.

Iain commented: "As the Head of HSEQ, I would like to thank everyone [at GES] for your continuous hard work enabling us to reach this impressive milestone. This is a fantastic accomplishment, which is particularly significant given the nature of our various service offerings. A lot of our business is perceived as high-risk activities with the vast majority of work hours executed at extreme height. This milestone would not have been achieved without all those involved contributing daily.”

Although the safety record is something to be proud of, Iain added: “we will not allow our pride turn to complacency, and we will not shift our focus from ensuring that every project undertaken by Global Energy Services is carried out in anything other than a safe manner. Our focus remains to ensure everyone gets home without harm, each and every day."
