Graeme Webster Appointed as General Manager of Fabrication Division (Nord Centre)

Graeme Webster has been appointed as the new General Manager for the group's Fabrication Division (South). Based at the group’s Nord Centre facility at Aberdeen Harbour, Graeme brings twenty-two years of engineering and fabrication experience and is ideally suited to drive the success of the business going forward.

As General Manager, Graeme is responsible for; managing and mitigating risks associated with contract delivery, providing advice and support to stakeholders and project teams, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, working with management to improve business delivery and enhance performance and margin, providing supervision and support to administration and procurement personnel, reviewing contracts and financial reporting, and establishing external relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, and to achieve project objectives.

Throughout his career, Graeme has demonstrated a strong ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and deliver projects on time. His work history includes several key positions in the oil and gas sector, including Estimating Manager at Afab, Project Estimator at McEvoy Engineering, Estimator at Forsyths Ltd, and Estimator & Project Manager at Faithful & Gould.
