Our Emerging Leader Programme Is Now Live!

Aimed at those within our businesses who aspire to be in a leadership role, the 12-month blended learning programme will encourage participants to think beyond the confines of their current role and area of responsibility, and into the mind of a future leader.

The programme was spearheaded by our People & Culture Director, Christine Cochrane who is passionate about developing talent at all levels of the organisation, and dedicated to making sure they all have a platform to shine.

Following recent offsite assessment centres run by our Talent & Leadership Partners, the successful candidates will start the programme in January. From enhancing relationships and developing effective communication skills, to improving commercial acumen and leading teams, we look forward to sharing the journey of our future leaders with you.
