Dry-dock or quayside program related to installation & commission support for new launch & recovery systems (LARS) c/w associated utilities, foundations and access walkways/ladders.  Our experience covers pipe-lay, diving (saturation/air), ROV (work & obs class), well abandonment, lifeboats, etc.

Provision of inspection & survey as part of clients planned maintenance program or that defined by marine class societies and all associated repair & maintenance. Our experience covers all facets of the marine systems; hull, tanks, piping, etc in addition to the functional topside plant structures, mechanical systems and wire ropes.

  • Fleet of owned heavy plant; 23 mobile cranes (35te – 1000te SWL), 3 tugs (66te bollard pull), 13 support vessels (standby, cargo/fuel & personnel transfer) and 8 forklifts (5te – 16te SWL) not to mention fixed services agreement for crawler cranes (up to 600te SWL) and associated SPMT’s.

How we evolved?

Global Energy Group established its capability through a range of acquisitions & organic start-ups, namely Isleburn, Global Engineering Services, Caledonian Petroleum Services, Forfab, Ross-Shire Engineering in respect to construction, repair & maintenance activity and Reel Group in respect to inspection & wire rope services.
